This policy explains what personal data is collected on location-maison-aquitaine.fr, why, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

Occupants' ages are requested to check capacity and safety, particularly around the pool. We do not collect any sensitive data and do not make any automated decisions about you.
Recipients of the data
Your data is intended solely for Mr Paul Sarroméjean. It is never sold or rented. It may be processed by the following technical service providers, strictly within the limits of their role:
- OVH (Roubaix, France): hosting of the website and the booking database.
- Google : Gmail email and Google Analytics audience measurement (only with your consent). These services may involve data transfers to the United States, governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Your bank and ours : processing bank transfers.
Retention periods

Cookies
The site uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, which do not require your consent. Google Analytics audience measurement cookies are only set with your consent, which you can give, refuse or withdraw at any time via the cookie banner.
You can also set your browser to block cookies. Refusing audience measurement cookies does not prevent you from using the site or making a booking.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also set instructions regarding what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to locationmaisonaquitaine@gmail.com or to the postal address above. We will reply within one month. Proof of identity may be requested if there is reasonable doubt about your identity.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
Security
The site is served over a secure connection (HTTPS). Access to booking data is restricted to the data controller and password-protected.
