Rental period
This property is rented to you for a period defined when you book, as set out in
your rental contract. Under no circumstances may a guest claim any right to
remain in the property beyond this period.
Arrival and departure
- Arrival is in the afternoon from 5 pm.
- Departure is in the morning before 10 am.
- On arrival, you will be given the keys, the house rules, the waivers and conditions
for
using the pool, and an inventory. - An inventory check will be carried out at the start and end of your stay.
Reminder: cleaning must be done on the day of departure, before the
deadline.
Equipment provided
- The property is let with bedding (bed bases and mattresses), duvets and pillows
as per the inventory. You must use the fitted sheets to cover the mattresses,
as well as pillowcases and duvet covers. - In July and August, sheets and other household linen (bedding, towels, tea towels…) are provided. The rest of the year, please bring your own linen. All mattresses and pillows are fitted with protectors, which must be kept clean
and left in place on departure. - In July and August, beds are made on arrival.
- A starter kit is provided on arrival (bin bags, sponges,
coffee filters, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, salt, pepper,
vinegar, oil…). Please kindly replenish it for the next guests.
Reminder: before you leave, bedding must be folded and placed
at the foot of each bed, and bath towels folded in the
shower rooms.
Use of the property
- All furniture is at your disposal. Please keep it in good condition and
clean. - Water, electricity and heating are included in the
rental price. However, to help protect the environment,
please switch off lights when you leave a room, don't leave
water running unnecessarily, and don't leave doors and windows open for long
when the heating is on. - All facilities are at your disposal, subject to normal and reasonable use.
In particular, please do not put anything in the toilets other than toilet paper. - Every entrance door to the property has a key lock. Please
make sure you lock them whenever you go out. You are
responsible for any theft or damage if this rule is not
respected.
Reminder: if the pumps or the wastewater lift station become blocked (e.g. a clogged toilet)
through misuse, the tenant will be held responsible.
Use of the internet connection
The tenant agrees to comply with the law regarding downloads and
websites visited. If requested by the competent authorities, the
owner will provide the contact details of the tenant who used
the connection.
Use of the pool
Use of the pool is subject to acceptance of the pool's operating instructions and specific
rules.
Safety and courtesy
- Please respect the peace of the property and use it in accordance with its
intended purpose. Noise levels, inside and outside the property, must be
kept down out of respect for the neighbours. In the event of a dispute or
complaint, we reserve the right to exclude the guests responsible for the disturbance. - Out of respect for the neighbours, noise is strictly forbidden in the evening after
11 pm and before 7 am. - Smoking inside the house is strictly forbidden.
- In an emergency, please call the emergency services (18 for the fire brigade, 15 for
ambulance, 17 for the police, 112 from mobile phones). Fire extinguishers are provided in
the house. - Throughout your stay, children are the responsibility of their
parents. The garden and pool may present a risk of drowning; do not
let children wander there alone without their parents
or a responsible adult. - Tenants agree to close the windows if rain is likely (especially
storms). Windows must be closed when you are out. Any
damage caused by rain inside the rooms (particularly to wooden floors) will be
charged to the tenant.
Reminder: the owner cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for
accidents or damage that may occur on the property, in the car park or
when entering or leaving the grounds. For children's safety, the
entrance gate must always be closed. A gate key is
provided. Thank you for your understanding.
Cleaning fee
- A cleaning fee may apply at the end of your stay if the guest has not chosen
to clean the property themselves, or if the inventory check after departure
shows that cleaning was insufficient. - In this case, the cleaning fee (€150) covers the cleaning of the
rooms and household linen. However, please make sure you don't leave the house
untidy: put away furniture, objects and dishes, and don't forget
to empty the bins.
Reminder: the house must be left spotless
- bathrooms: toilets, showers and drains
- appliances (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave…)
- furniture (chairs, sofas, tables…)
- dishes (cutlery, plates, glasses, serving dishes)… must be washed and put away
- floors must be vacuumed and mopped
- The same applies to outdoor equipment
(tables, chairs, parasols, barbecue, sun loungers, garden furniture…)
Household waste
Bins are provided. Please follow the recycling rules:
yellow bin for cardboard, plastic and metal packaging – green bin for
general household waste – for glass, there is a bottle bank a little further
up on the left as you leave the house.
Reminder: when you leave, please leave nothing in the bins and
leave them clean (unless you have paid the cleaning fee, in which case just empty them).
Pets
Where applicable, the tenant agrees to return the property in an impeccably
clean state, with no sign whatsoever that an animal has stayed during the
holiday, including outside the house. Any damage caused
by animals is solely the tenant's responsibility and will be deducted from the deposit.
Parking
3 vehicles can park in the courtyard.
Maintenance
Depending on the length of your stay, we may need to visit during your
stay to mow the lawn, water the flowers and maintain the pool. We
will respect your privacy.
If there's a problem
- In the event of a breakdown or malfunction, please contact us straight away.
We will do our best to resolve the situation. No call-out or repair costs
will be reimbursed without our prior agreement. - Please report any breakage, incident or damage during your stay, even
if no damage seems visible. In the event of loss of or damage to items
in the property, the deposit may be reduced by the cost of repair
or replacement.
